In this session, we will explore different ways to formatively assess students in your classroom. Examples will include ways to assess your students using the app Geddit and traditional methods from Dylan Wiliam. Techniques from Dylan Wiliam will include: What Did We Learn Today? (using Lino) Traffic Lights (using Geddit) Learning Logs (using Google Forms)
Participants will have the opportunity to share ideas they have used in the classroom, and brainstorm ideas from examples demonstrated. Please bring your iPad and laptop to this session.
Format: Facilitation - participant driven with guidance from the facilitator.
